What is "In the Field?"
Students experience a range of careers in various industries through the In the Field program. This initiative provides students with an opportunity to visit different workplaces to benefit from networking, exposure to professional environments, understanding industry expectations, and hands-on experience.
An In the Field experience may involve the following activities:
Assist students in gaining insight on potential careers within the industry
Connect students with colleagues from different departments allowing them to learn from individual career journeys
Offer a guided workplace tour
Design a hands-on activity to provide student with some experience
