Capital Markets is widely recognized as one of the most competitive sectors globally. Our Capital Markets Prep Program (CMPP) is a flagship initiative of the  Management Department, The BRIDGE, and Student Managed Fund, to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in financial markets and prepare them for success in capital market roles.

The Management Case Competitions Team (MCCT) provides a platform for BBA students to build skills in the fields of consulting, investment banking, finance, and marketing, and to represent UTSC Management at case competitions globally.

Open to students from Year 1 to Year 4, this series spotlights various BBA specializations and provides students the opportunity to engage with and gain valuable insights from accomplished alumni representing leading organizations.

Led by Professor Jean de Bettignies, this event series explores the dynamics of strategic management in the field of consulting, with professionals from top consulting firms sharing insights to broaden students' understanding.

MCC offers a series of informal one-hour sessions in the Fall and Winter terms, providing students with a safe space to freely discuss experiences and questions they have. These sessions foster supportive dialogue, offering an opportunity for participants to connect, learn, and grow together in a comfortable and encouraging environment.

The PIL program creates space for third- and fourth-year Management students to be mentored by UTSC alumni in a one-on-one setting while also joining in-person and online events over the course of roughly six months. Learn from the wisdom and experience of alumni while finding answers to your questions about what the post-university transition looks like.
