Explore how to decide when teams are most effective (and when they are not), how to create high-functioning teams, and how leaders can support teamwork to enhance job performance in the midst of current corporate challenges. Beyond the technical expertise of team members, this session will delve into the importance of personality in designing effective teams that are balanced, high functioning, and effective. We will also explore how team functioning can derail when teams are unbalanced, leading to conflict and, ultimately, failure. Participants will engage in hands-on activities designed to enhance their ability to create and foster highly effective teams.
Strategies to replenish energy and increase personal resilience have never been more important. Drawing from top research findings and practical examples, our faculty will teach you how to take control of workplace stress and build resilience by leveraging personal, team, and leadership strategies that have been proven to work.
