Health Promotion and Education Across Campus

The Health & Wellness Centre supports healthy lifestyles through health promotion. We develop programs, events, and partnerships which encourage students to make informed decisions about their health.

Campus and Community Collaborations
Health & Wellness Centre is excited to work with students, faculty and staff on initiatives that promote healthy lifestyles. If you or your department, or organization are interested in working together on a health promotion initiative, program or project please contact us at health.utsc@utoronto.ca . We look forward to hearing from you!

HealthyU: Wellness Peer Program
The HealthyU: Wellness Peer Program (WPP) consists of over 70 student volunteers and team leads who share knowledge, information, and resources related to five health team areas: mental health, nutritional health, substance awareness, sexual health and the new Healthy Campus Team! This program aims to connect students mental health and medical services on campus while also promoting healthy living and wellness.

The HealthyU: Wellness Peer Program is a reliable source on campus. Collectively, these 70+ student volunteers lead health promotion activities for the purposes of fostering a healthy community. Connect with the WPP at upcoming events! They are in bright sky blue t-shirts with their team name on the front.

Mental Health Network
The Mental Health Network provides partnerships and collaborations between key stakeholders consisting of students, staff and faculty.
