The University of Toronto, and Student Housing & Residence Life have policies and programs in place to promote safety and respond to emergencies. Everyone has a role in keeping our community safe. Residents can contribute to a safe environment by following policies, using services available, and reporting any concerns immediately to Student Housing & Residence Life, or to the Campus Community Police.

Below are three lists of resources for your support.

Academic & Learning Strategist in ResidenceSpeak to Esther, the Academic & Learning Strategist in residence about navigating your first year transition, choosing your courses and programs, making academic decisions (dropping courses, Credit/No Credit and Late Withdrawal), goal setting and building your study skills for success, understanding academic policies, and overcoming academic difficulties.Visit /aacc/residence-programming-and-supports to learn more and book an appointment with Esther!
Scarborough Campus Residence Council (SCRC)They are elected students in residence who are your voice! They can bring your ideas for events, programs, and ways to improve life in residence forward. Stop by an event to make new friends and try something new!Check out their  page for their latest events, or to send them a message! You can also check out their .
Residence Advisors (RAs)The RAs are trained to help you with anything you may be going through, from concerns with your roommates, to wondering where to find the best off- campus eats. They are on-call every night to help with urgent issues after-hours.
