Tosen Nwadei is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto-Scarborough, with a cross-appointment to the Organizational Behaviour and HR Management area at the Rotman School. His research investigates intergroup relations, stigma, (in)authenticity, and inequality, both in the workplace and society at large. Tosen's research has been published in leading academic journals in both psychology and medicine, including the Journal of the American Medical Association and the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
