Jannah Wigle, PhD, is a sessional instructor and postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Health and Society, University of Toronto at Scarborough. She completed her PhD at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto where she explored young people鈥檚 participation in sexual and reproductive health policymaking in Malawi. She was received several doctoral awards/fellowships, including from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and the International Development Research Centre. 

Following her PhD, Dr. Wigle was a Clinical Research Specialist at the Applied Health Research Centre at Unity Health Toronto, where she led qualitative research to examine diverse health services and health equity issues. Currently, as a postdoctoral fellow, Dr. Wigle is working under the supervision of Dr. Hilary Brown, leading the qualitative component of a multi-methods study examining perinatal care experiences among individuals with multiple chronic health conditions.
