Students from Graduate programs at UTSC can enjoy the convenience of living on campus in fully furnished townhouses shared with other graduate level students.
Please note that graduate housing at UTSC is for individual students only. Family Housing is not currently available.

UTSC Summer Semester Residence
Summer residence is available from May to August for current University of Toronto students, International Visiting Graduate Student as well as post-secondary students who are either studying or working in the Toronto area. Full semester and partial semester stays are offered (min. 4 weeks). There is no minimum course load requirement for summer residence.
Students living in summer residence will be placed in single bedrooms in either the . Suites are shared with four to six students.

Off-campus Housing Listings
The University of Toronto maintains an of rental units for students, faculty, and staff. The information about rental properties is provided by the property owners. Students and others seeking to rent a property are responsible for making appropriate inquiries before agreeing to rent a property.
