Kickboxing

This course teaches an authentic, fast-paced total body kickboxing workout.  It is geared to improving one's endurance, strength, hand-eye coordination, balance and flexibility.  This course is for individuals of all fitness levels.  Hand wraps are mandatory and can be purchased for an additional $5.

Women's Boxing
