We are thrilled to work in collaboration with the Edible Campus, and have cooperated on several projects over the years. Projects have included supporting the Rooftop and Residence Gardens and the weekly Farmer's Market, running courses in cooperation with the Campus farm, and hosting regular workshops for students. These projects have provided enrichment opportunities for students and community partners alike to learn about and experience more of the varied food systems that feed us.
